Refund policy


Our aim is to make you smile. 

If you are unsatisfied with any White Glo product, simply email us at customer.service@whiteglo.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. 

 

In your email -

- Attach a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt)

- Provide the LOT and EXPIRY number of the product.

- Let us know why the product didn’t make you smile

- You can attach a photo if that better explains your dissatisfaction.

 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If the product(s) were purchased using gift cards, a credit will be given.
